Let's face it, do you ever look back on your middle school years with complete love and adoration for your social world - Not likely! In fact, knowing your kid will go through social challenges is one of the most common sources of pain for middle school parents.
In this week's episode I'll share:
>the foundation beneath the early adolescent social world and why it's so important
>what you can control at home and how this is directly related to what they experience with peers
>& 3 essentials to practice to build confidence, trust, and belonging within them and between you
These things will help them become discerning about who they want in their life, and who they don't. It will help them have perspective on when they feel like a friend helps their light burn brighter, or a friend who dims their light and makes them feel less-than. I hope this gives you the insights and perspective you need to be their guide.
As always, if you like this episode, thank you for rating, reviewing, and subscribing to Spotify or Apple Podcasts, so other parents like you can benefit.
