I took a break. I didn't plan to, but it happened. A lot of emotions, moving cross country to a city I didn't plan on living in, leaving a city I loved, not focusing on my healthy body or my nutrition for about two months and I ended up in a place that I didn't feel I could show up for you guys here. But I want to be here. I want to do this podcast. I want to share about my life, so I'm here. I'm trying. I hope you'll join me again.
