Kaylen McNamara is currently a Senior Vice President at VaynerMedia, a full-service advertising agency owned by renowned entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk.  She has been at Vayner since 2012 and currently oversees new business operations and consulting services for the agency, which services Fortune 100 clients across the globe.

Prior to this role, Kaylen has worked across a number of industry verticals within the agency, leading digital strategy and client services for iconic brand portfolios such as The Oprah Winfrey Network, Unilever, Campbell's & Sabra hummus.
