This week Cal discusses the advantages of doing at least part of your mentor coaching with someone from a different coach training school or different background.  As he states, this is not necessarily a shameless plug (althought it might partly be that), but there are distinct advantages to doing part of your mentor coaching with someone from out of your stream.
