The thing we love to hate, or hate to love!  This episode we dive deep into the pros and cons of New Years resolutions, why they may be dangerous, how to make them productive and enticing as well as some bad habits we have when making them. Setting goals in general is easy to right off as “it’s not going to happen” but we’ve come up with, what we think, are some fool proof ways to make them worth your while, and stay on track. Are we perfect?  NOPE. We are honest with our listeners about our procrastination and routines that we KNOW don’t work for us (so whyyyy do we do them?).
