40% of the country, by continuing to support Trump, have shown that they value their own personal agendas more than they value the lives of the people Trump has killed by refusing to take Covid-19 seriously.
That's right. The people Trump has killed.
-He should have mobilized every resource available to fight Covid-19. He didn't.
-He should have consulted with experts and followed their advice. He didn't.
-He should have used the irrationally fanatical devotion of his insane supporters to get them to wear masks and social distance. He did the opposite of that by mocking everyone who took the pandemic seriously or took precautions.
-He should have given us early and complete access to the available information about Covid-19. Instead he lied about the number and severity of cases and continues to do so today.
He has done the opposite of every single thing he should have done to fight this. If he had caused the deaths of others with this degree of negligence while holding any job other than POTUS, he would already be in prison. The fact that he is to blame for the vast majority of Coronavirus deaths is undeniable.
And yet 40% of the country continues to step over the dead bodies of their fellow citizens to stay at his side.
