  • Thousand Pines Outdoor Science School Information SIGN UP!
    • Initial Donation of $100 due Thurs, Dec 12
    • Thousand Pines Registration Form Due Fri, Jan 17
    • Balance Due Fri, Jan 17
    • Secret Pal Week
      • Secret Pal Week is Dec 16-20 with special lunch on Fri, Dec 20
      • Bring gifts each day starting Monday. Refer to the 2nd page of this document for ideas on what to bring each day. Each gift should be wrapped with a tag that says To: ____ From: Your secret pal.

        • Reader’s Workshop

        We will finish up The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind on Monday and have a narrative nonfiction assessment on Tuesday.

        Writer’s Workshop

        They will continue a new powerful personal narrative that will be due on Thurs, Dec 19.

        Math

        Math Answers and Help Here

        We will be just getting into a new unit on Arithmetic in Base Ten (aka Decimal operations)

        History

        We will continue the study of the ancient Israelites and we will work on our chicken mummies. We will have a test on the Israelites on Thurs, Dec 18.

        Science

        Information on new textbook

        We will finish up our study of the different body systems in anticipation of a final assessment on Wed, Dec 17.
