Hello you beautiful souls! I just got home from a 4 day spiritual retreat where I got to sit with a Shaman and drink Ayahuasca and in this episode I share with you all about my experience and what I learned over the weekend. 

This work is truly so powerful and so healing and I just feel so lucky, so full of gratitude for being able to do this work and have these experiences.
