This week we are going to dive into why having a routine is so crucial.
Having a routine allows you to set up your day for success. To make sure you get your daily non negotiable complete and a way to have structure in your life.
Our bodies are hard wired to operate with our circadian rhythm. It's our internal hard drive that allows your body to start producing energy in the morning by raising your heart rate and activating your metabolism. The same as our body produces melatonin when it's time to sleep.
When we have routines we can begin to work with our body so it doesn't have to work harder to figure out when we're sleeping and eating. When our body gets into a rhythm that's when we can function at the best of our capability.
