I finally recorded my first solo episode with a brief history as to why I started this podcast in the first place! I left out a lot of what I've been learning, perhaps I'll make a sequel when I get my sea legs.  I don't know why I did this on a day where I was feeling choked up, but so be it! It was not planned in the slightest, I was taking in the view & with a little encouragement from a childhood friend, so I went for it. It's just a bit about my history, my earlier traumatic experiences & my recent grief & now heading down a healing path & furthering into ascension-with intention.
