Rick and Daryl lead two separate runs, hoping to eliminate two separate threats to the prison community in this excellent episode of The Walking Dead.

During the run Rick uses to get Carol away from the prison, he takes the opportunity to try to figure out her state of mind and it's a really fascinating look at what happens when a victim refuses to be victimized any longer.

Daryl, on the other hand, leads his group to look for medicine and each of the members has to come to grips with something about themselves: Why does Michonne keep running? Why is Tyreese quasi-suicidal? And then there's Bob.
