To start off I have a couple plugins that I have yet to use but thought you might want to know they exist. Keep in mind the ratings are based off the descriptions on their site and using their demo if available.

Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce

Add shipment tracking information to your WooCommerce orders and provide your customers with an easy way to track their orders. Shop managers can add shipment provider, tracking number and date to orders, the customer will receive the tracking info in the “Completed” orders email and the tracking info will display in Customer accounts under order history. This plugin provides more than 50 shipping providers and you can also add your own custom providers.

* Add Shipment Tracking info to orders in order admin – shipping provider, tracking number and date.
* Add multiple Tracking numbers to orders
* Order shipment tracking info + tracking link will display on user accounts
* Order shipment tracking info + tracking link will be added to “completed order” emails
* More than 50 default shipping providers
* Add custom shipping providers
* Select which shipping providers to display in the shipping providers dropdown
* Select default shipping provider
* Rename the Completed Order status to Shipped (Optional)
* Enable a New Custom Delivered orders status (Optional) – No email is being sent to customers for this status. orders with delivered status will be included in WooCommerce reports. we add “Change Status to Delivered: in the bulk order actions in orders admin and single order admin.
* If you choose to set the custom order status “delivered”, you can activate “delivered” order emails that will be sent to your customer once the order is marked as delivered (in WooCommerce emails settings)
