Liz is ready to host her very own talk show, Dealbreakers, until Jack totally freaks out and ruins everything - but mostly Liz’s hair. As Liz descends into actor madness, Frank has to step up into her head writer spot (which gets weird) and Tracy seeks the council of Whoopi Goldberg in his pursuit of an EGOT and a daughter (they’re related).
