This passive activity, masked as actual activity robs us of our time and focus. Today, I'll share three tips to help you break free from this cycle: carrying a pocket notebook, like Field Notes, Moleskine or Leuchthturm, switching to a dumb phone, using an app like Blank Spaces and using what I call The Pocket Switch.
