Webster’s dictionary defines the mulligrubs as, “a despondent, sullen, or ill-tempered mood." Who wants to live that way!!?? Sadly, many do. I call these practices HABITUDES: habits that shape our attitudes. The longer we live, the harder it gets because life has a way of chipping away at our happiness.
