Ali Hendry is a holistic relationship coach, corporate trainer, and performer based in the UK. She currently works with womxn, especially those that identify with the LGBTQ+ community. Ali believes that when we approach life with compassion and curiosity, we cultivate happiness and holistic wellness. 

We had a thoughtful conversation about inclusion, holistic philosophy, therapy, passion, jealousy, friendships, fear of abandonment, embodied emotions, and relationship contracts. 

We delved into the juicy topics of jealousy, envy, and compersion and how they play out in friendships, monogamous, and non-monogamous relationships. I was particularly intrigued by the idea of romantic, non-erotic friendships. And, of course, we talked about boundaries and how important they are to establish with ourselves and others. 

Ali's pronouns are she/her and she identifies as a gay woman. She has been married to a man and then to a woman. She now dates womxn (with an x – women, non-binary, trans folk) and is in an open relationship with a main partner.  Her experiences of monogamy, polyamory and conscious non-monogamy help to cultivate her unique perspectives on passion, jealousy, and boundaries.
