Noelle Silver is the VP of Digital Technology at National Public Radio (NPR), where she leads the engineering organization across initiatives ranging from the Alexa skills platform to mobile application development. Noelle has over 20 years of experience in tech. As a Principal Program Manager in the enterprise voice group at Microsoft AI, she led programs that empowered developers with AI algorithms that help applications see, hear, speak and understand user needs across the Microsoft application and tooling portfolios. Before NPR and Microsoft, Noelle was at Amazon Web Services (AWS) for 4 years, spending 3 of those years with the Alexa group as an evangelist and technical manager for the Alexa and Echo.
