No matter what you do or who you are, receiving constructive criticism is super hard to take. And even more, most people also don't know how to GIVE it. It's a huge avenue of growth that a lot of us miss out on because we get so awkward, weird and terrified of any type of criticism. We need to be able to articulate the difference between effective criticism and destructive criticism. So that's what we're gonna do today!
