Finding time for yourself is very important throughout your week. Times get stressful, things come up, and we’re always moving. Take a break, get out in nature, and think about all the events that happened this week - good and bad. Spend time listening to a motivational or thought-provoking podcast or audiobook. Meditate. Think about your faith. Whatever area it is you feel you need to have a better grasp on in your life, go outside and analyze that part of your mind.
