Verses mentioned in this episode:

“Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” ~ Philippians 4:6-7

“In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.” ~ Psalms 94:19

“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” ~ Matthew 6:34

“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” ~ 1 Peter 5:7

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ~ Isaiah 41:10

A Message from Melissa: “Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.” (1 Thess.‬ ‭5‬:‭21‬): Study the Scripture for yourself and remember that I am just a person sharing the Gospel. I make mistakes. I don't explain the Word of God in a way that will resonate with everyone. I am not going to get it right all the time, and nor will any teacher, preacher, YouTuber, or pastor. I believe we can learn so much from each other, but no person's teaching can replace getting into the Bible yourself. As Christians let's focus more on the truth that unites us -- that we are saved by grace through faith because of what Christ did for us on the cross -- rather than on the details meant to divide us. Thank you for being here, and thank you for giving me grace.
