Greg is a Bolivar Peninsula native having grown up hunting the marshes and working on shrimp boats near his hometown of High Island.   He's a well-known and well-respected member of the Southeast Texas Community for both his time serving as a Licensed Peace Officer and as Jefferson County Emergency Management Coordinator.   In 2018 he became a Licensed Realtor and in this episode he shares his unique and candid insight into the Real Estate Market on Bolivar Peninsula which has seen it's share of ups and downs since that time.
