It’s April of 2010, and in St. Paul, Minnesota, a desperate 911 call comes in from Heidi Firkus, who tells the dispatcher that someone is breaking into her home. Within seconds, a shot rings out and Heidi is later pronounced dead, leaving behind her devastated husband, Nick. Except Nick knows much more about Heidi’s murder than he’s saying.
