Virtual Job versus Virtual Career. What's the difference between the two, and how does it apply to you? In this episode, Tanairi shares the story of why she had to take a step back to think about what she wanted for herself in a virtual career. Taking the time to focus on this helped her discover how she could obtain her next virtual job. After receiving a scholarship to complete an online course in Digital Marketing, Tanairi was able to shift her application process and apply to positions that aligned with her career goals.
