On average, we check our phones every 5 minutes. It’s become a compulsive behaviour for many smartphone owners, and I believe it’s affecting the quality of our work. In some cases, this behaviour may even cause anxiety or depression. In this episode, we look at WHY we get addicted to our phones, and HOW to break that addiction, so we can do more work that matters.
