Prior to Homie, Johnny was President and Co-founder of Entrata, a real estate software company where he helped the company grow to over $100 million in annual revenue. Today we discuss the big challenge that many face with mental health and how this affects people in the workplace, including employees and business leaders. There has been a stigma for a long time that it’s not OK to talk about mental health issues, or people would often feel embarrassed to talk about the struggles they’re having, but Johnny explains how his company culture is changing that and the mental benefits his employees are experiencing from these changes.
