Today, I have guest, Julie Thomas, who lived outside Seattle, Washington for 20 years and then moved with her family to Texas. Julie can be found on her beautiful Instagram account @littlefarmstead where she shares home decor, antiques, and other European treasures.

She also has a book called, "Little Farmstead Living: Creating a Country Life, Just Past the City Limits," where she shares about family and some really great DIYs. The book is also a wonderful to display on a coffee table, because it's jsut that beautiful.

I've followed Julie's account for nearly a decade and it was such a treat to get to know her more. She shares some great advice of transitioning into the area with no family. Enjoy listening in and please share this episode on social media.
