Transfer Portal Kirk came through in the offseason, and the Hawkeyes offense is set to break out next season. Basketball didn’t have quite as much success in the portal but filled some needs in the post and have four intriguing incoming freshmen. Are the gridiron Hawkeyes going to break out on offense?
