Recently, I was speaking to a prospective client and I asked her if she was ready to run her business like a business. Most of the time when I ask someone that question, they know what I mean and they are ready to say yes. This particular client asked me what that meant. In that moment, I realized I use the phrase a lot and no one has ever asked me what it means. So in this episode I share what it means to run your business like a business.
