Two tired heroes step into the studio feeling a little overwhelmed by life and work this week.

When you´re lucky enough to do the things you love everyday its easy to take on to much, which brings us to this weeks topic.

We always say you need to work hard, do studies. Do freelance and take care of your social media pressence. Go to events and so on but sometimes you just need to STOP and disconnect from it all. Take some time off and just refuel.

So just STOP, take a deep breath and tune in ;)
