All of us were sinners before being saved of Christ by His great sacrifice for us. Even now saved, we still sin! So it also was with people of the past like Paul and Titus. If all are first sinners, including all Biblical people like Paul and Titus, then how is it that anyone can be found as Paul writes to Titus?
