The Honolulu Strangler terrorized Hawaii from 1985 to 1986. In his wake, he left 5 victims and not many answers. The only viable suspect could never be charged due to a lack of evidence. Very few witnesses have come forward based on the information available to the public today.

It wasn't until 2018 that this prime suspect's name was released. Prior to the release, the main suspect in the Honolulu Strangler case was only known as "the mechanic" or "the informant"
