In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and talking honestly about how I’m nourishing my own libido right now-- in a season of pregnancy, big life transitions, and lower capacity.

Because it’s easy to look at a “sexpert” online and assume they’ve got it all sorted, but I’m taking myself off that pedestal. I’m a real human with a real body, and my libido ebbs and flows just like anyone else’s.

This episode is for you if you’re going through a rough time: illness, grief, depression, stress, relationship issues, or simply life being lifey-- and your desire feels low or far away.

I talk about what it means to honour those low-libido seasons with compassion, gentleness, and real-world nourishment instead of pressure or shame.
