True healing requires mind, body, and soul alignment.You cannot heal one without the others. When the body feels safe, the mind can make sense of the experience, and the soul becomes accessible again.

You are not broken. You are becoming.Even in survival mode, you are worthy, capable, and already enough. Healing begins with compassion, presence, and grace, not perfection.
