Are you an introvert pretending to be an extrovert? Are you pretending to be funnier and more cheerful and more active and talkative than you naturally are? Me too.

I recently realized that the active and cheerful and loud version of me is very often just a coping mechanism. I mean, I can be like that naturally, but honestly I don't know when it's authentic and when it's just a habit of being that I don't notice anymore. I decided to learn to be authentically quiet and I want to share with you the mindset I came up with to help me on this journey, maybe it'll be helpful for you too.
