TABOR, Colorado’s Taxpayers Bill of Rights, is about good manners and it is a Constitutional amendment.

“Hey Government, If you want to raise our taxes or keep excess revenue over a generous formula of population plus inflation, you just have to have the good manners to ask us first."

The radical progressive activists who have taken over the State House are proposing an unconstitutional bill as an end-run around TABOR.

Douglas Bruce, the author of TABOR, talks about the unconstitutional dangers of HB19-1257.
