This week we get to know Mr. Carlos Marshall.

Carlos was born in Guatemala and for the first four years of his life, that is where he lived until he was adopted. Then he came to the United States with his new family! Growing up in the United States came with some challenges for Carlos, but it has never stopped him from pushing forward.

Currently, Carlos is a senior in High School where he attends Ignite Institute. Which is a STEM High School in Northern Kentucky. There are two things that Carlos loves the most: Christ and Soccer. Both play a significant factor in his life.

Carlos plays soccer for Kings Hammer ECNL Regional (Elite Clubs National League) Team which is one of the highest levels of competitive youth soccer, while also playing soccer for Scott High School.

During this conversation, we learn about how Carlos is much more than a soccer player and even though at a young age, he is much wiser than most would expect of a teenager.
