Kraven the Hunter is the latest in a series of Spider-Man “spin-off” movies produced by Sony Pictures. It follows the Venom trilogy, Morbius, and Madame Web. It stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Sergei Kravinoff. J.C. Chandor directed it.

Adam Rose was a Story Consultant for the film. He is also a sketch comedy performer, a writer, and now a comic book writer. His new series, Hugh Detective, is now in comic stores, published by Titan Comics.

In this episode, Rose discusses his role in the movie and where it fits into a “Spider-Verse” without actually featuring Spider-Man. He talks about the character's extensive history and how he wove it into the film.
