Say his name!!! Dexter Reed, 26 yrs old, black, killed by cops allegedly stopped for not wearing a seatbelt. Officers fired off 96 bullets in 41 seconds. Dexter Reed fired one shot.  Was he wrong yes, but 96 bullets. When will all this violence stop? Right or wrong 96 bullets is excessive. K bye!
