Welcome back Becky! It was an absolute pleasure having Becky on the podcast again. Becky is passionate about spreading the word regarding men's health.  Prostate cancer in particular.  Becky lost her father to this disease and since then she has been  passionate about the annual movement called "Movember".  Movember is an awareness movement that happens every year in November to help this very cause.  One of the big things Becky has been doing over the last several years is putting on an Off Road Run dedicated to this cause. The run is on the Saturday following Thanksgiving and she calls it Mustache Mayhem. Mustaches are the mascot of the Movember movement. All of the proceeds from her event go directly to movember.com to continue this important work.  We've learned so much from Becky about this movement.
