Some of my most embarrassing moments as an entrepreneur include one lesson that I had to learn over and over again. Here it is:

Alignment comes from following your true purpose--not from forcing it.

My mistake has always been trying to force myself into situations that I wasn’t aligned with, contorting myself into the ideal version of a person who would thrive in that environment.
