For today’s episode, I am with Rasmus Andersen. He started CrossFit with no prior athletic experience in 2012. He took 13 in the Europe region in 2013. And then he decided to make a move from Denmark to San Diego, California to train at CrossFit Invictus. Since then, he helped CrossFit Invictus win the Affiliate Cup in 2014. And he competed as an individual in 2016, where he finished solidly in the middle of the pack and 25th place. 

We will be talking about a lot of things related to fitness, health, and many more things.
