The 15 best ways to improve your life

-          Practice gratitude

-          Make a list of 20 small things you enjoy doing and do at least one of them daily

-          Read 10 pages of a book every day

-          Save 10% of your income

-          For 100 days, don’t buy anything you don’t absolutely need and instead, use that money to pay down debt, build an emergency fund or invest

-          Track how you spend your time for 5 days, every half hour

-          Plan your day the night before

-          Review every week for the next 10 weeks

-          Don’t drink soda for 100 days

-          Go to the gym at least 3 times a week, 20 minutes minimum

-          Every time you have a negative thought counter, with a positive

-          Stop making excuses

-          Eliminate distractions, for one week, no TV shows, no movies and no more than a set time for social media

-          For the next 10 weeks, face your fears every day

-          Start a consistent morning routine and a consistent bedtime routine
