Previously, Jen spent 12 years at Corporate Executive Board (CEB) and Gartner as a Business Development Director, selling and advising Chief Sales Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, and Chief Communications Officers at large enterprises on functional best practice improvement.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University and resides in the Chicago suburbs.
