Rebecca is a force of nature, and has always made time for her passions of collecting art, volunteering, and supporting women in the energy industry. She was elected as the fourth woman president for the Foundation of Natural Resources and Energy Law (FNREL), a 3,000-member legal scholarly organization. Rebecca also founded FNREL's annual "Portia's Lunch," and gives us the inside scoop on how that started.
