Welcome back to the Self Care Saturday bonus series where I challenge you to a self care task. Some weeks will be more relaxing and pinterest worthy. Some weeks will require more discipline to do the unsexy work to take care of yourself. 

This week's challenge is to take some time and plan out the meals for your week. If you're like me, the question "What's for dinner mom?" makes your skin crawl! Eliminate some of that stress this week by planning ahead. Make a list, order your groceries (because lets be honest, who's going to the grocery store!), and if you're feeling extra fiesty, go ahead and prep some food ahead of time.
