#42 | Step 1~ Tools For Awareness

In this week’s episode, Rachel shares various tools you can use daily to bring more awareness, awareness of self, and repeating patterns to the forefront.  This will allow you to notice anchors and how you are getting in your own way.

The tools are:

  1. Meditate
  2. Discover and notice attributes in others that you admire and those that “get under your skin”
  3. Determine negative feelings you avoid at all costs
  4. Create a timeline of your life

She gives a variety of examples and resources of each of these tools in order for you to incorporate them into your daily practice without a lot of effort. The resources out there to help us are truly endless however, the greatest resource is our inner knowing.
