Tracy Matthews has been an entrepreneur since 1998.  She knows what it's like to follow her heart as part of her story was shutting down a profitable business to really follow her true passion of custom design jewelry.  

After having success as jewelry designer, she also decided to launch Flourish & Thrive with a partner to teach others how to create a career around passion.
