Where will you go to find your Self?  Gurudevi says to start with your heart but then go deeper. Your heart is an entry point into the mystical heart of Beingness Itself. To get there: 1) meditate and repeat mantra to work with your mind (right understanding), and 2) receive Shaktipat (Guru’s Grace) to live in the unwavering awareness that is the knowing of the Self. Then you’ll experience a heart that is big enough to hold the whole universe and all that are in it.
