Whatever the emotion, the thought, the perception of where you are, allow the feeling to just flow in you, flow through you. Don’t try to judge it, and honor where you are right now because feelings are real. I know for myself, for many years I suppressed my feelings, suppressed what I thought because I was just thinking I needed to do it the right way. After going to therapy and doing some work, what I recognize is feelings are real, and the more I honor them and respect them, I experience a breakthrough. What about you?”
