Biden's strategy for the protests happening in Cuba will be to B.S. the Americans of Cuban descent in south Florida by publicly saying he supports the Cuban protesters in Cuba but not allowing them to seek asylum in the U.S. The last thing that Democrats want is more Cubans coming to America because they hate communists, vote Republican, fly American flags, and supported Trump. This is counter to the needs and wants of the Democrat party's anti-American communist leftist base in America.
